Look, we’re not going to say these are the best chocolate chip cookies ever. There are a lot of chocolate chip cookies in this world, and while we’ve done our level best, we still haven’t managed to eat all of them yet, so it’s hard to make a conclusive ruling. However, among the chocolate chip cookies we’ve had the pleasure of devouring, these are definitely at the top of the heap. Made with buckwheat for chewiness and nuttiness, rolled in raw sugar for crunch, subtly laced with a secret blend of spices, and finished with just a pinch of salt, they’re everything you want them to be and just slightly better. 12 cookies, 9oz.
