Most of us have only sampled wildflower honey, or perhaps clover, alfalfa, or orange blossom honeys, but did you know that honey can have a wide range of flavors beyond just sweet -- some honeys are even bitter! We've been collecting some of the world's most unique monofloral honeys, including blueberry blossom, watermelon, Brazillian Pepper tree, Strawberry Tree, macadamia, lychee, eucalyptus, African Beechwood, buffalo thorn, myrtle and more, and we can't wait to share these unique bee-creations with you.

We're taking our famously fun hands-on cooking dinners and tackling Taco Tuesday! This fabulous Baja California-inspired menu will see us creating a refreshing Ahi Tuna Ceviche starter, Pescado tacos, Heirloom Bean & Black Garlic Tacos, and Orange Cheesecake Flan for dessert. We'll be making our own tortillas and pico de gallo, and we'll create a seasonal signature virgin Margarita (BYOB, if you want to).

On the menu: khachapuri (that's the cheese bread), khinkali (succulent meat-filled dumplings), tomato-cucumber salad, eggplant-walnut rolls, plov (seasoned rice with dried fruit), kharcho (spiced beef stew), and tart cherry cake for dessert.
