A weeklong camp for 10-16 year olds who love to bake! We will learn to bake beautiful breads, pretzels, croissants & pastries, cakes, and cookies, and have a blast doing it. Each day we will focus on a different type of baking, as well as prepare our ingredients and doughs for the next day's bake. We will also prepare and eat lunch together each day, and of course, send the bakers home with loads of tasty treats to share with the family.Â

We'll be exploring the full range of possibilities that pate de choux (the egg-y dough that cream puffs and eclairs are made out of) presents us in creating delectable, whimsical pastries. We'll make eclairs filled with decadent Italian Buttercream and topped with chocolate ganache, pretzel eclairs filled with caramel cream, and even try our hand at zeppole, a fried puff filled with cannoli cream. With pate au choux, the sky's the limit!
