If there's one thing that makes everybody happy, it's pretzels! We'll try our hands at a variety of different pretzel types, including traditional Bavarian, parmesan peppercorn, and sweet Scandinavian Kringla. We'll get lots of practice shaping and twisting pretzels, and learn various methods to achieve that unique pretzel crust.
Take a culinary trip to the British Isles with this sumptuous dinner. We'll be feasting on Beef Wellington (an indulgent beef tenderloin wrapped puff pastry with mushroom pate), honey-glazed roasted carrots, champ mashed potatoes, asparagus with hollandaise, and a whiskey-laced sticky toffee pudding for dessert.
