It’s All About Choux: Cream Puffs, Eclairs and More Baking Class

We'll be exploring the full range of possibilities that pate de choux (the egg-y dough that cream puffs and eclairs are made out of) presents us in creating delectable, whimsical pastries. We'll make eclairs filled with decadent Italian Buttercream and topped with chocolate ganache, pretzel eclairs filled with caramel cream, and even try our hand at zeppole, a fried puff filled with cannoli cream. With pate au choux, the sky's the limit!

Take your date on a culinary trip to the Old Country with this evening of Polish and Eastern European food! We’ll be making golabki (beef-stuffed cabbage leaves in tomato sauce), pierogi (potato, onion and cheese-stuffed dumplings), honey-glazed roasted carrots, garlic mushrooms, and Paczki, Poland’s decadent brioche donut. After you prepare the feast, you’ll dine by candlelight while we do the dishes. A marvelous way to spend a special evening with a special someone. Each ticket admits ONE COUPLE.
