Inspired by the historical train route of the Orient Express, we're taking a culinary journey from Paris to Istanbul, sampling a variety of dishes from the cities along the route. We'll start with a selection of French cheeses, then try our hand at an Alsacian bacon-onion tart, and feast on weisswurst, Viennese asparagus, chicken paprikesh, and garlic mushrooms with cheesy polenta. Finally, we'll celebrate our culinary arrival in Istanbul with delicious baklava!
