Easter

Spring has sprung, Easter is here, and it’s time to order some special treats to celebrate! As always, we’re baking your hot cross buns, giant chocolate eggs, festive holiday rolls,  a hybrid carrot cake/cheesecake, a new flourless chocolate cake and a reprise of the glorious baked bries we had at Christmas. Plus, this year we’re making gorgeous Easter Baskets with our favorite handmade sweets and treats.  We will be open for Easter Pickups on Good Friday from 10-3pm and Saturday from 9-2pm. Order now — it’s going to be delicious!
And as always, show up and play us “Hot Cross Buns” on a recorder (or similarly maligned instrument, e.g. kazoo, banjolele, sousaphone, viola, theramin, contrabassoon, bagpipes, otamatone, barbershop quartet…) and get a free hot cross bun!

Our wonderful Hot Cross Buns are made from a sweet yeasted dough packed with raisins, cherries and cranberries, gently spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom, and topped with an icing cross. They’re our favorite Easter tradition! Be sure to order lots – they have a way of disappearing quickly!

This enormous chocolate egg is home to the Easter Bunny itself! Each egg is almost 8″ tall and 5″ in diameter, hand-cast in rich Belgian dark milk chocolate, and decorated with hand-sculpted poppies, lilies, or daffodils.

Baked Brie


A new favorite addition! We've taken 18oz wheels of triple-cream brie and filled them with either caramelized onions and bacon or spiced figs and candied oranges and wrapped it all in our house-made puff pastry, pretty as any package under the tree.
