We made some marshmallows on a whim one wintery day ten years ago, and then we made them again and again and again until they were perfect. They’re made with honey, not corn syrup, so they’re rich and tasty, and have just the right amount of chew to them. Do they toast beautifully? Of course they do. Are the magnificent in cocoa? You better believe it. They’re a great addition to baskets, or just for having on hand for winter shenanigans.
